Compliance and Statutory Reporting
Know Your Client (KYC) and due diligence procedures for investors onboarding and regular reviews to determine source of funds and conformity. Assessment of Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors if required.
Risk screening to Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) verification.
Compliance Officers actively involved in AML/CFT regulatory requirements and developments. Review company’s compliance manual to keep in line with company’s activities
Review investor details and subsequently register and report as required under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS). On-going maintenance, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure compliance.
Prepare and complete statutory reports and surveys to submit to relevant authorities .
